About the event
Forest Therapy Walk at Jeffrey Woods (June 7) - 18+
Instructor: Michelle Ward, founder of Buds in Bloom Forest Therapy Sanctuary, ANFT-certified
Forest therapy is a gentle, guided experience that invites you to slow down and connect with nature through your senses. Rooted in Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), this walk offers intentional time in the woods to support stress reduction, calm the nervous system and restore mental clarity. Expect an easy, meandering pace with moments of reflection, curiosity, and connection. This is not a hike or fitness class. Participants should dress for the weather with comfortable walking shoes. Space is limited. To reserve your spot, visit Bexley Recreation & Parks Department: Nature Programs SU 26 (All Ages)
