Processing Times

Each order is prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and package your items. During busy seasons (like summer bloom or holiday gift times), processing may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We use recyclable, compostable, or minimal packaging materials whenever possible. It’s part of our mission to care for the land — and your mailbox.

Local Pickup

Live nearby? We offer free local pickup at our farmstand in Canal Winchester. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

Delays & Issues
