About the event
Join us during the height of lavender season for a guided forest therapy walk through meadow and woodland.
Modern life asks much of our attention. This gathering offers an opportunity to step away from urgency and spend a morning exploring how lavender, forest, and sensory awareness can support restoration and connection. Through gentle invitations, participants are encouraged to slow down, engage their senses, and experience the land not as scenery, but as relationship.
Together we will wander among blooming lavender, notice what is moving in the landscape, harvest lavender bundles, explore the quiet support offered by the forest, and share lavender tea in community.
At the heart of the experience is lavender, with its fragrance, its medicine, and its presence in this seasonal moment of growth and abundance. Participants will have the opportunity to gather a small harvest to take home, an intimate gesture of reciprocity with the land.
