Around May 4, people around the world will step into forests together as part of GotoForest!, a global invitation inspired by Japan’s Greenery Day—a time to honor nature, receive its gifts, and reconnect with a deeper sense of well-being.

At Buds in Bloom Sanctuary, we invite you to be part of this shared moment through our Forest for All Gathering. This guided forest bathing experience is designed especially for those who may be new to the practice, offering a welcoming and accessible way to enter into relationship with the natural world.

Rather than hiking or striving, forest bathing is about slowing down. Through gentle, sensory-based invitations, you’ll be supported in setting aside the busy thinking mind and arriving more fully in your body. As your awareness opens, the forest begins to meet you—through sound, texture, scent, and subtle shifts of presence.
