A Gathering for Wellness Practitioners
Inspired by the forest therapy practice of a “sit spot,” Tea Spot is a monthly gathering for wellness practitioners, healers, and space holders to slow down, sip seasonal tea, and share meaningful conversation beneath the trees at Buds in Bloom.
Held on the last Tuesday of each month from 5:30–7:30pm, this is a time to pause, reconnect with nature, and be in community with others walking similar paths. Each gathering offers a gentle rhythm, spaciousness, and the grounding presence of the land.
