Inspired by the forest therapy practice of a sit spot, Tea Spot is a monthly gathering for wellness practitioners, healers, and space holders to slow down, sip seasonal tea, and gather in meaningful conversation beneath the trees at Buds in Bloom. ****this month, December, due to weather we are having a virtual event. Held on the last Tuesday of each month from 5:30–7:30pm, Tea Spot offers a gentle pause — a chance to reconnect with nature and be in community with others walking similar paths. Each month features a new practitioner guiding the experience.
